Louise previously ran a successful business franchise for 9 years, organizing dogs to be perfectly matched to specific carers while their owners were on holiday, providing a home-from-home environment that offered comfort, safety, and security. The carers were carefully selected and had to meet specific criteria to be successful.
The simplicity of the process, combined with the numerous 5*reviews, proved just that. Once we’d identified a suitable family to look after the dog a meet and greet was arranged to the carer’s home prior to the stay to make sure everyone was happy including the dog of course, they would go for a walk, discuss the dog in great detail, behaviors, sociability, exercise, diet, etc, thoroughly making sure we had all we needed to look after their pets. It’s no wonder we were ‘Franchise of the Year’ 4 times; we built up tremendous goodwill among our owners, with many returning holidays for their beloved dogs.
Louise has been around dogs since the pram! She has embarked on a new dog-related business, but this time the carer stays in the dog’s house rather than remaining in their own. Carers will have had experience with their own dogs and will generally be extremely canine savvy. They will strictly adhere to the owner’s routine, considering the dog’s age and ability, and account for acute weather conditions, using basic common sense. Looking after dogs isn’t tricky; they require routine, love, exercise, and consistency. Carers are DBS checked and insured.
